    Hey Josiah so you need to go to applicants.checkr.com and upload your previous drivers license in order for the background check to fully process.

    "We can't find a report for you in our system."

    Hey so you have to upload your previous drivers license onto applicants.checkr.com since your current license is newly issued. Need to show over 1 year of licensing history

    I have 5 years of driving history but my old licenses are expired. This one is just a replacement for the one I previously lost. So should I upload any of my old licenses

    I just checked on partners.uber.com and I got rejected. It makes no sense as to why I got rejected. I have 5 years of driving experience with one accident in the past 3 years. Clear background. Brand new car. How do I know why I got rejected? But when I go on the Uber app, it says you're signed up. We'll contact you. So I do not understand..

    It's not rejected. Go to that site that I mentioned and just upload any of your driver licenses to show driving history

    I might have misplaced the old licenses. If I decide to not upload a previous license, how long may I have to wait to go 'Active'? I'm pretty sure they'll see my driving history through the drivers license #. Can I just go to Uber in person at the Falchi building tomorrow? Can they make my account go active immediately? I also received my Uber Debit Card today.

    I am also stuck in onboarding. Everything else is active and looks ready to go. Background check came back clear but no update from uber. Pls help my email is jmcg10@gmail.com

    Yes, I have. Their website shows my report is completed, although I have found their report is not accurate.
