Stuck in onboarding and consider status

    I got my background ck bk but it says consider next to it a while now also in profile stuck in onboarding status. In the meantime my bank acct is set up , instant pay and gotnthe uber debit card in the mail, everything looks good but not active and clear yet.......will i ever be active ????? And cleared to drive?????

    I have the same problem. New to Uber. I've been attempting to get my driver account set up. All of my documents seem to be "active" except for my Vehicle Registration. I've uploaded it numerous times but it keeps getting rejected without explanation. I've sent in a help request several times. I get text messages saying that the issue was "resolved" but it keeps getting rejected. It still shows "pending review". Any help? Thanks! hpddad@gmail.com

    I've been waiting what feels like forever . My husband signed up a week after I did and was approved and driving yesterday . Am I missing something ? All my documents she that they were accepted

    Same for me. No emails, no updates, nothing from Uber. And no real person anywhere to contact. Not even a response when completing an online request form.
    Beginning to doubt Uber as an organisation.

    Hi, I seem to be having the same issue next to my background check status as mine also says "consider" and it's almost been a month. Any suggestions or solutions to this problem?
