Error Scheduling Trip

    I'm trying to schedule a trip in advanced for the next day. My payment method is up to date and I've used it before. The trip has is in Toronto Canada in a busy area, so I know there are drivers available. I get this:

    "Error Scheduling Trip. There was an error processing your request. Please visit in-app help for assistance."

    But there is nothing in help about this.

    I’m having the same issue. I’ve been trying to schedule a ride for 3days out, and I get the same error message you get. I’ve deleted the app from my phone, then re-installed with no improvement. Done the same on my iPad—still get the error. I’ve signed out of my account, then signed back in — again I still get the error message.
    I’ve gone thru the help process 3 times to no avail. Twice they came back with instructions on how to advance-schedule a ride (I know how to do this — I’ve advanced-scheduled rides at least a dozen times over the last 18 months) and the third time they opined that maybe “advanced scheduling is not available in your area” (which it clearly is—I’m in the Dallas/Ft.Worth metro area).
    This morning after again getting the error message on both my devices, I asked my wife to advance-schedule our ride, and her request went through without a hitch (we both have the same model iPhones and tablets).
    Like you, I checked my payment info and contact info and found them to be up-to-date. Hopefully someone at Uber will read this and figure out what’s going on.
