Can not alter payment options

    Hi All,

    Having real trouble with my app, I can not add a new card and it will not process the card currently linked, I put in the card details but the add card button is greyed out and will not let me add a new card, also if I try adding a paypal account it just gets stuck on popup "connecting to account" I left it for 20 minutes hoping it would sort its self out but it did not.
    Is there a helpline I can call? Am in UK.
    Any help would be great,

    You can restart your mobile device and if doesn't try to reinstall the app.

    Agreed - this feature is extremely poor in the app - certainly for the UK, it has given me trouble on several occasions. It has caused me to not bother with Uber at times because it has take too long to update the payment options so I have used another mode of transport instead.

    It seems to be a bug - but it would be oh so much easier if you could update the payment options via the PC too. The UK postcode format is incorrect on the app - don't leave any spaces. However if you have tried once and failed because you have put a space in the postcode then changing the postcode to the 'incorrect' format still makes it fail and you have to start again. That finally worked for me.

    You have a buggy UK postcode parser. Please post on the internal bug tracker.

    I was having same trouble until I realised I was putting a space between first three characters of my postcode and the last three.
